LIGHTHOUSE YOUTH SERVICES

This project entailed the complete gutting and renovation of an existing 2 story building and the ground up construction of a connected structure. The project site was very cramped and required intensive site management to allow all trades to accomplish their work. A central tower connects the offices in the new building to the existing remodeled building containing a commercial kitchen, dining room, resident rooms, gathering areas, and a laundry. Code required that we install a fire sprinkler system as part of our renovation. Lighthouse Youth Services supports homeless youths, giving them hope and a chance for a successful life. They are a truly fine charitable organization.
