WILD GINGER
Perry Contracting completed multiple projects for Wild Ginger. The first involved converting a small former pony keg into the seating area while incorporating the kitchen into the first floor of the attached house. The second project involved demolishing the attached house, a second house and a small apartment building on the site in order to expand the restaurant and provide parking. This project was completed on a severely cramped site and was able to be accomplished with closing the restaurant for only one week to rework utilities. The third phase converted an outdoor dining area to a banquet room.
