Kenwood Dental Office

When a fast-growing national dental brand expanded to Kenwood, Ohio, they trusted Perry Contracting once again—marking our fifth project together—to deliver a state-of-the-art clinical space. We transformed a vacant shell into a fully operational dental office by constructing 12 operatories and surgical suites, as well as a lab, sterilization, and client comfort areas. We also laid the groundwork for future growth by roughing in for dental chairs and treatment rooms within the rear auxiliary space. 

Critical to the success of this dental construction project was the precise installation of below-slab electrical, and plumbing systems to support the dental equipment.
