Lighthouse Youth Services

Transforming a building into a place of hope takes precision, problem-solving, and a deep commitment to the mission behind the space. For Lighthouse Youth Services, we completely gutted and renovated an existing two-story building while seamlessly integrating a newly constructed addition. The tight project site demanded meticulous coordination to keep every trade moving efficiently. A central tower now connects the new and existing spaces, housing a commercial kitchen, dining room, resident rooms, gathering areas, and laundry–each designed to create a safe, welcoming environment. To meet code requirements, we also installed a full fire sprinkler system, ensuring the space is as secure as it is functional. Lighthouse Youth Services gives homeless youth the stability and support they need to build a better future. We were proud to build a space that helps them continue that mission.
