At their new satellite clinic in Lawrenceburg, St. Elizabeth Healthcare needed a welcoming, high-functioning space that matched the standards of their main hospital. Perry Contracting transformed 8,000 square feet of shell space into a modern women’s health and pediatric clinic, complete with the same automated building controls used at their main facility.

By linking new MEP systems with remote operational capabilities, we delivered both comfort and connectivity. The space features a warm reception area, high-end finishes, and intricate multi-radius walls and bulkheads, all precisely crafted using state-of-the-art equipment.
