Perry Contracting transformed a three-story, 25,000-square-foot office building into a modern headquarters for Gerner & Kearns law firm in Florence, Kentucky. The renovation included new offices, conference rooms, a training center, and café spaces, all designed for function and style. Standout features included polished concrete floors, sculpted wall panels, and a striking reception desk wrapped in acid-washed metal laminate. To enhance efficiency, we salvaged and converted the building's existing lighting to LED, blending sustainability with contemporary design.
