So when relocating their headquarters to Blue Ash offered a way to reduce overhead and reinvest in their community, they made the move—and brought Perry Contracting on board to bring their new space to life.

With lease deadlines, real estate deals, and evolving needs all in play, our team worked in lockstep with Champlin Architecture to design and build 52,000 square feet of office space in just six months. The project includes open offices, collaborative training areas, a serene chapel, and a vibrant work café—each space crafted to reflect Mercy’s values and support their team.

From custom lighting and high-end finishes to advanced A/V integration and the careful relocation of stained-glass windows and sacred art, every detail was handled with precision and respect. The result is a headquarters that honors Mercy’s legacy while supporting their mission for years to come.
