Perry Contracting partnered with Wild Ginger to transform and expand their restaurant through multiple projects, each carefully executed to minimize disruption. The first phase converted a small former pony keg into a new seating area while integrating the kitchen into the first floor of the attached house. The second phase brought major expansion, requiring the demolition of two houses and an apartment building to make way for a larger restaurant and much-needed parking. All of this was completed while keeping the restaurant closed for only one week to rework utilities. The third phase enclosed an outdoor dining area, turning it into a dedicated banquet room. Through every stage, we worked within a severely constrained site to help Wild Ginger grow without missing a beat.
